File FormatFiles must be in JPG format. Any aspect ratio is acceptable, but please size the file so that the longest dimension is 800 pixels and set the quality to “high.” (Not sure how to do this? Try http://webresizer.com/resizer/ or http://pixlr.com/editor/.) This should result in a file that is in the neighborhood of 500-600KB.
Filenames MUST be in this format: Division-Category-Last-First-9.jpg For example: if you are a Youth photographer named Joe Smith submitting 2 photographs in the Landscape category and 1 in the Wildlife category, your filenames would be: Y-L-Smith-Joe-1.jpg Y-L-Smith-Joe-2.jpg Y-W-Smith-Joe-1.jpg In order to ensure anonymous judging, please include no signatures or watermarks that would reveal the name of the photographer.
